For me, the experience was negative because of their working methods. They don't charge for a service; they charge a percentage of what belongs to the person. I consider 25 percent of the gross amount usurious. They take advantage of the situation, and in my opinion, a company that does that deserves no respect. The image says it all. A person is deceived by the system, and to recover their money, they have to endure having 25 percent of their gross amount plus VAT taken. And then having to say thank you is disgusting.

I have used this firm twice: a few years ago for a business matter and recently for a family issue. In both cases, I was delighted with their work and, especially, with the service I received. Professional, approachable, and highly recommended.
