I took my control unit in to have the immobilizer removed, and besides giving me the runaround for a month, they didn't actually repair it. They told me a long story about problems they'd had that they had to sort out with their suppliers. They often didn't answer the phone or said they weren't available. After a month, they asked me if I'd considered taking it somewhere else—it was a disgrace. I would have preferred they'd told me from the start if they couldn't fix it, instead of stringing me along and wasting my time for a month while leaving me without a car. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT
