I've been to many garages, and without a doubt, this is the worst I've ever been to. It's not just the terrible organization and time management. They tell you to bring it in one day and then leave it untouched for five days... instead of telling you the exact day they'll work on it. It's also because they do a really bad job. They're complete amateurs. They charged me a fortune to install the CV joint boots on the transmission side, and it turns out they're just poorly secured with zip ties. I also complained several times about a horrible noise I was making when braking on one wheel, and the

I had a red Mercedes A-Class door painted (it got scratched from a stone wall), and it looks brand new. Best price and quality quote. Excellent service and communication; they returned the car spotless.

It's the shop I always go to; I've never received better service anywhere else. They always try to explain the repairs they're going to do, and every employee I've encountered has been very friendly. Sometimes it's a little difficult to schedule an appointment because they're very busy, but that's the only downside I can see.
