I'm giving 3 stars, being very generous, and you can give your opinion. The sliding door motor was installed correctly. However, the door wouldn't close properly; it wasn't the motor, it was the frame. I asked for help because it was unusable and I couldn't close it. I called and messaged them on WhatsApp about 7 times, and they completely ignored me, not even replying to my messages about the problem. They disregarded the customer. It seems they'd already been paid and didn't want any trouble.
