I left the car on Monday for an appointment they gave me, without any pressure from me, on the day they told me, to fix a small dent in a door. They told me the adjuster would come that same Monday, and it would be ready in 2-3 days. I need the car for work, and I told them that when I booked the appointment. I didn't care when they scheduled the appointment, but when I left it, it had to be for work. On Thursday, I hadn't heard from them, so I called. The car still wasn't there; they told me it would be ready by Tuesday. What was supposed to be 2-3 days is now going to be 9, if I'm lucky. Sin

Office staff are incredibly arrogant. They refuse to take responsibility for their shoddy work. They claim they take the cars to Norauto and then expect us to bill them for the official repair shop invoices. They say that after repairing the cars, they plug in the diagnostic computer, but the fault with my specific car doesn't show up on the computer. If they remove the bumper, they have to properly align the roadside assistance cameras, which they didn't do, and I had to pay for it out of my own pocket. This is shameful work. I should file a complaint directly with the consumer protection off

I could sing its praises because it's not the first time I've been to this garage precisely because of the excellent work they used to do. I don't know if it's since they started working with Tesla or because the painters, trim specialists, bodywork specialists, etc., have retired, but now it's a nightmare. Just because they wash your car when you pick it up doesn't mean they do a perfect job. I've had to go back five times because of a dent in a door, and the last time was the absolute worst. They showed no care in their work, their cleanliness, or anything. It's a real shame.

Very happy with the repair of my rear bumper. It came out perfectly and the paint job is impeccable with an excellent shine. Highly recommended workshop. I can't comment on the price because it was through my insurance. They pick you up and drop you off at home, and the customer service is excellent. Great job! 👍
