A COMPLETE DISGRACE. The service and attention are APPALLING. To say they're UNRELIABLE is an understatement; the reality is they are utterly UNPRESENTABLE, with a COMPLETE LACK OF COMMITMENT, and they LEAVE YOU STRANDED at the last minute, even when you've contacted them less than 24 hours in advance to remind them and confirm the appointment. I must admit it was my fault for contacting this company, run by people who can't keep their word, and for not checking user reviews beforehand. Times have changed. They used to be good professionals, but nowadays, whether it's due to staff shortages or something else, their professionalism is completely lacking. After waiting three months for work to be done on a cracked glass roof, which posed a significant accident risk, I had to cancel the job due to the company's negligence and lack of professionalism. And this despite having done several jobs with them before. Never again. I'm posting this review so others know what to expect if they contact them.
