Good morning, I'm contacting you because asphalt roofing felt was installed at a construction site, and a week after installation, I've noticed it has developed some rather unsightly cracks. I've attached photos. I'd like to know if this is normal and what the warranty is for this product given its condition. Thank you.

I called and asked for a quote for a shingle trailer. I called back a few days later, and they told me they were working on it, and if it took them a while, it's because they're very busy. I understand. I called back two weeks later because I still haven't heard anything, and the poor girl who helped me kept telling me "I don't know." I've had problems with a material they supplied me, and they haven't resolved the issue. They don't even know the correct measurements for working with the material properly. I'm a professional, and both the primer and the topcoat have given me trouble. And they're blaming me for the problem.
