We just had windows installed throughout the house. Besides the quality of the windows themselves, the quality of the installation team was outstanding. They were able to install 10 windows (8 standard windows and 2 French doors) with all the necessary hardware in just a day and a half. And they were all incredibly friendly and professional. (5 installers!) We missed a few minor finishing touches, and some of the team and the owner of the store (Antonio) came back to check on them and sort everything out. I live across from a park and had a lot of noise problems in my house, plus my windows didn't insulate well against the cold and heat. I was looking for a company that would supply and install new windows. It was the best choice because they know what they're doing. The difference in insulation is remarkable. Finally, everything is great.
I went in to ask for a quote for a bathroom window that I urgently needed because it had been stolen and I had no windows to close up. The person who helped me in person took note of it to send it to me, and I left grateful. The surprise was that they never sent me the quote, and when I contacted them via WhatsApp, they haven't responded at all. It left much to be desired.
My experience with this company has been fantastic. From the beginning, I felt that what they told me was fulfilled: price, quality, and delivery date—you couldn't ask for more. The staff's treatment was extraordinary, very professional, and you can tell they know what they're doing. For me, this is the best option in Murcia right now. Best regards, and keep it up.
