I'm giving it one star because there's no lower option. Completely irresponsible. Lots of plans, videos, and surveying, and in the end, it's a complete disaster. They charge a fortune, but there's a big difference between saying and doing. The work was poorly executed by incompetent staff trying to cut costs, resulting in numerous problems. We're still waiting for them to fix everything they messed up—and there was a lot. It's been two or three years, we've lost count, but nobody showed up.
