A camera was used to track the receipt. Its location was marked, but when it was opened, it wasn't there, not even close. For over six months, the secretary called me to demand payment, even though I hadn't received the invoice because they had also recorded my contact information incorrectly. Once I finally received the invoice, the address details were wrong and had to be corrected. Finally, when I received it correctly, it was paid without delay. It must have been a series of inexplicable errors, considering how professional this reputable company is. What bad luck I have.

They came to our shop to look at a blocked drain. Besides arriving late, exactly half an hour late, we left the keys and without warning, they left the shop door open. This guy, Adrián, not only got cocky when we pointed out he'd left the door open, but also claimed it was just a slip-up while they were going to get a Coke. He was incredibly rude. I'm absolutely certain that if I'd been him, he wouldn't have spoken to me like that. It was a disgrace. And of course, what a coincidence, he didn't have a complaint form with him.

I had a caustic soda plug in my sink drain that was very difficult to remove, so I was afraid I'd have to chip away at the wall and remove the pipe. I called this company, and within a couple of hours they sent a very competent professional who, with great dedication and effort, managed to unclog it.
