I think they're lazy, incompetent, or on the insurance companies' side. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. There were two employees who seemed like interns, and the boss often didn't even return my calls. I was left with serious injuries from an accident, and they advised me to get treatment through the public healthcare system. During my treatment, I called them to ask what kind of reports they would need, and they told me they would let me know when I was discharged. Due to the long processing times of the public healthcare system and the poor quality of the reports, I couldn't prove that my i
