While they were installing them, I had a problem with a copper pipe, and they fixed it without charging me anything extra. A few months later, I decided to install security cameras at home with them as well, and they did everything very neatly and professionally. A very unprofessional company. They promised to do something (after we called them repeatedly for a year), and when they finally answered, they said they would come, then gave us the runaround and showed up months later after much persistence.
