Terrible customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. I contacted them for two things. The main one was to fix the vibrations in a window and, while I was at it, convert three others to tilt-and-turn windows. The thing is, when it came to installing the tilt-and-turn windows, the simplest solution, and not exactly cheap (€609.90), they were incredibly helpful and quick (no complaints there).
