This is the second time I've used their services. This time I had four windows replaced. I must highlight their excellent professionals, who deliver high-quality work. My experience with Aluminios Muñoz has been utterly disappointing. A few years ago, they replaced all the upstairs windows. The work was adequate, although they left a chip in one room that they "fixed" poorly. Even so, out of trust and because they already had our quote, we contacted them again this year to replace the downstairs windows. My husband signed the quote, trusting that it was the same one we had discussed previously. We never imagined that "matte" referred to completely opaque glass, because we don't even have that type of glass in the bathrooms. We never asked for opaque glass;
