We hired AKTUA to carry out some renovations on our house. Their coordination was limited to sending tradespeople sequentially; they didn't check the quality of the work. It was all excuses, because according to them, everything was fine. They don't protect the surrounding area, not even with plastic sheeting or cardboard to protect the work zones. On one occasion, we had to stop them because they were going to cut with an angle grinder in the middle of the living room because they didn't have an extension cord. They carried out the renovation of the interior courtyard facade for the installation of the SATE system, and also extended all the boiler chimneys and kitchen flues facing that same courtyard to the roof.
