We bought the split air conditioners through Alex in August the installation service was great, very fast and efficient. Unfortunately today we had called him out for a problem with the machine as it was showing Error messages, he sent one of his team to inspect the machines who was literally here for about 2 minutes and then asked for 60 euros due to it being outside of the guarantee. there was no mention of this prior to asking Alex to come out so it was a bit of a surprise and we felt a bit taken advantage of.

After informing about prices on monday, and receiving a priceoffer on tuesday, our airco was installed today, friday. Perfect communication and very fast. I used the service of Aire Clim 2 times this summer - for cleaning of filters of conductor air conditioner both at home and in the office. Both times we received prompt reply, reliable, fast and convenient service at a reasonable price. The communication was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Aire Clim, especially during busy seasons - while other companies refuse to take more inquiries these guys try to find a slot for you as soon as possible.

Would never hire them to do work again. My apartment was so dirty after they left that it was unacceptable and unprofessional. They covered almost nothing inside my bathrooms so I was left to clean up for over an hour after they left … mopping the walls (tile walls) and floors two times for it to get clean. Every surface was covered in dust. My toilets were filthy. My sinks were filthy. Everything! Covered in powder! There was powder over 70% of my floors throughout my apartment. They chipped a part of my flooring off in the hallway. There was sealing paste left on my shower moldings. 100% unp
