It would be very useful if Aguas de Zaragoza offered the option of receiving bills electronically. Currently, all bills are sent by postal mail, which entails high and unnecessary costs for printing, paper, and shipping to every home in Zaragoza. In a context where many utility companies already allow users to view and download bills online, it is surprising that this option is not yet available in the consumer profile. Enabling it would be a simple process and would save resources, reduce environmental impact, and facilitate user access to information. I hope they consider implementing this
