They are good, but they are busy. When you have a problem, it takes time for them to come and fix it, but they always show up and answer your requests, and therefore I decided to give them 4 stars....

Very poor customer service. I've had to follow-up more than 10 times to try to finalize a quote. Half-way through the salesperson (Patricia) started sending new quotations that were higher and saying she made a mistake. Then I was ghosted as she didn't want to honor the quotation. There are more serious dealer out there.

After more than 1 year to decide which solar panels to install and meeting with several providers, we finally choose AGS Solar based on the price (best offer we received) and most of all the exhaustive explanation and very good service of Emilio (always available to answer questions and doubts). Some days later they came to install: it all went very smooth, fast and clean. And they put it exactly the way that I wanted. So for now I can only highly recommend the whole team of AGS Solar. They are the living proof that a sharp price doesn't mean sloppy service. Keep it up!

We are very happy with the installation of our photovoltaic system. Even given the challenging times in the industry with supply chain shortages we were always well informed on when we can expect our system to be installed. The cost-performance ratio is very good and the workers did their job professionally and in time. The process of getting the government-subventions, which they fully take care of, is still pending but we expect this also to work out well. Just the provided App/Management tool shows some minor errors which we hope to be fixed soon.

Great pre, post and during. The installation was very efficient and done in a day. English speaker available if needed. Troubleshooting with the app executed efficiently and service is always pleasant. Definitely recommend 👌
