I had a main drain unblocked due to limescale buildup. They initially resolved the problem, but because they didn't bring a camera, they couldn't guarantee the work was done correctly. After 38 days, it became blocked again, and since their work guarantee is only for one month, I had to hire another company that resolved it efficiently and quickly.

Today, March 18th, at around 5:30 PM, a company worker came to unclog a main pipe on a terrace. A true professional, he knew exactly where to go. He accessed the building's pipes and found a very large cement and lime blockage... He managed to remove it by hand, and on top of that, he improved access to the pipes for future blockages or cleaning... Therefore, they are a highly recommended company and very professional in the sector... It's a pleasure to hire a service. Fast and very efficient!

I called this company because of a blockage; they fixed it, but two days later it was blocked again. They told me that if they came, they'd charge me for an hour since the work done the first time wasn't under warranty. I called another company, and they fixed it right away. If they had come for free, as I think would have been reasonable, I wouldn't have given it one star. I've filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency, and we'll see what they decide.

They came on Friday for an emergency unclogging. They unclogged it well and proposed a solution to prevent the problem we have in the building, but what I appreciate most is how wonderful Marvin was, who was upstairs with me. He was incredibly empathetic and attentive to every detail. I'm giving them five stars. They have to come back tomorrow to finish the toilet, but their help on Friday deserves no less.
