I'm giving them fewer stars because I can't. Their sales service might be excellent, but BEWARE of their after-sales service. Two years ago, we contracted ACAÍÑAS to purchase and install NEONATURE brand outdoor decking, model NEOMECK COFFEE. Since its installation, the decking has been cracking, splitting, and discoloring spontaneously. We have repeatedly requested a complete replacement of the decking, and each time, many months after we reported it, all they've done is replace the individual planks, and only after much insistence. We're not ones to give negative reviews, but the work they did was appalling. They installed the worst skirting boards in history... Not a single one is worth saving, poorly fitted, gapping... Terrible. Every time I see them, I want to cry; people are amazed at how poorly they're installed. I've had more than one of their workers pass through here, and I can assure you it wasn't done right. A total disappointment, shameful. Shameful.

A truly magnificent experience. Carlos was fantastic to work with. He was quick and always helpful, ensuring the materials arrived on time, or even early, for use on the construction site. He resolved every issue and did everything possible to provide me with all the materials I needed. If we have more projects in Córdoba, I will definitely use their services again.

They have all kinds of materials for renovations, and Ana, the sales representative, gives excellent advice and answered several questions. Highly recommended if you're planning any renovations.

We went several times because we were very undecided about choosing the flooring, but Juani was lovely and gave us excellent service every time, answering all our questions. They have a wide variety of tiles and flooring; if anyone is looking for something different, I encourage you to take a look—you're sure to find what you're looking for!
