Avoid at all costs! A complete disaster from start to finish. The customer service is nonexistent, the staff is rude and totally incompetent. I had to wait hours for a response that never actually solved my issue. On top of that, they don’t meet their promised deadlines and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. An absolute waste of time and money. I strongly advise against using this service if you want to avoid a massive headache.

Oliver Chadid, what can I say.. they made my visa request a seamless one after having a very bad experience with a prior immigration attorney. I thought I was going to have to go back to my host nation but they really saved me the headache and trouble. I want to personally thank Najoua for being very kind and informative with all my options, and explaining it all in a very transparent way. 10/10

They worked swiftly to address my problems and gave me all the necessary information for me to proceed with my residence permit. If you need help with this sort of thing, they are the best people for the job! Every question was answered with a clear cut solution that made me a lot more relieved about the whole process.
