After an initial consultation costing €70 (which, given the subsequent treatment, we wish we hadn't paid), the lawyer told us the day she would contact us, only to leave us staring at our phones waiting for a call that never came. Terrible, the worst decision you could have made was to hire this firm. It's nothing like what they advertise online. And the review is definitely fake; if you want, you can contact them directly (they won't talk on the phone) and I can give you the names of some lawyers. I even had to speak to the owner after much persistence. Denying reality is never a good option! That's cowardly!
