We've just finished our year as community presidents and we're incredibly grateful to Natalia from Aboaser. She made everything so easy for us. There were several unexpected issues, and she handled everything; we just had to let her know. The meetings were always well-prepared and included all the required documentation. Thank you so much, Natalia, for your professionalism and patience.

People committed to doing things right. They work enthusiastically, with the goal of ensuring communities comply with the law so everyone can sleep soundly. Keila is a pleasure to work with; she's effective, yet affectionate. It was a pleasure meeting you.

This afternoon we had our first garage community meeting since ABOASER took over management. The person in charge of us is Cristina Ruiz de Arbulo, and I have to say she was a fantastic professional. She led the meeting very well and was very well prepared. It's the first time I've left a residents' or garage meeting without feeling angry, tired, or bored. A truly magnificent professional.

I'm giving them one star because I can't give them less. They don't reply to emails, they say they'll call you back and they never do. There's a lack of transparency in owner decisions; only four people make them, and they bring up things that aren't discussed or addressed in meetings. A disaster.

I've been working with their team for many years, and above all, I can say that they are people of complete integrity, both personally and professionally. They have always acted realistically, consistently, and done things correctly. Highly recommended if you're looking for rigor and reliability.
