Before signing, their rep Sergio inspected our roof and, along with their salesman Román, promised us that an "expert team" would handle the installation and that anything damaged would be fixed. What actually happened: their installers broke slates, glued pieces back instead of using proper hooks, and even hammered nails straight through tiles and made even more holes.
